Dear colleagues,
We have recently upgraded to new Bruker Avance III HD 400 Mhz which comes with workstation running OS linux (CentOS 7) and TopSpin 3.5 pl2.
I am trying to set up automation to send spectra in .pdf from IconNMR.
It has been working perfectly OK with older version of software (Topspin 1.3 and 2.5) on workstations with RHEL4 and CentOS 5. No special configuration was necessary (no need for smtp setup or port openings).
However now when Icon tries to send mail with .pdf an error message pops up saying that mutt is not installed or configured. But it is installed and working from shell command line.
Is there something about IconNMR which does not talk to CentOS 7?
Any advice will be appreciated.
