I installed the WindowsXP safety update KB 902400 (MS05-051) on a PC,
running TopSpin (1.3) (german Version of XP)
Afterwards the spectrometer didn't work.
The reason for: the windows firewall blocked the nfs-server on the
second network card (to the spectrometer).
The MIPS console RS-232-monitor told: "nfs server not responding"
The Bruker script :"setfirewall.cmd -auto" passed wthout error, the
firewall exception entries were correct.
But this didn't solve the problem.
Workaround:
de-aktivate the firewall on the spectrometers network card.
Or: de-install KB 902400.
