Hello -
I am trying to filter some NMR data from a Bruker system. I have
tried rather unsuccessfully to do so within Bruker's XWIN-NMR program
and have been able to successfully export the raw FID data to MatLab
and manipulate it there. However, it would be nice to be able to
manipulate the processed (phased, line broadened, etc.) data with
MatLab. Does anyone know of a way to obtain this processed data from
the Bruker Data files?
Also does anyone know the phasing algorithms XWIN-NMR uses to
autophase and manually phase its data? We have thus far been
unsuccessful in recreating phased data obtained in XWIN-NMR with Matlab.
