Export Spectra to Grams SPC Format

With an upgrade to Windows XP I've lost the capability to convert NMR data
(XY ASCII) to GRAMS spc format. Are there any free PC programs that can
convert between multiple formats, especially ASCII XY to GRAMS spc?
