F1 transforms of magnitude data

I am in the process of writing some of my own 2D processing
routines. For the processing of the F1 dimension, I have no problem
with States, TPPI or States-TPPI data, but I can't get the transforms
to work properly with good old-fashioned magnitude COSY (e.g.
coherence transfer echo) data. One edge of the column seems to have the
correct frequency after transform, but the other seems to be half the
required frequency, with everything else folded. I am using a complex
FT, which is what I _think_ I should be using.

Does anyone have any pointers for F1 post-processing or pre-processing
of magnitude mode (e.g. Bruker QF) data so that the frequency domain
comes out properly?

Thanks in advance!
