AMMRLers,
Today's weird question is for those who remember MS-DOS.
I transfer data from my Aspect 3000 (AC 250) to an old 486 running
MS-DOS only using ZZNET. I have a directory on an SGI NSF mounted on
the PC, so the data actually goes directly to the SGI. This system
works great.
That is, it worked great until the University assigned new IP address to
all systems. I have changed the Ip and gateway in autoexec.bat, in
telnet.ini and in TCP.ini (for my NFS crossmount). No go. Telnet fails
with an error about the packet driver (which I don't believe).
I think there must be some other file that I need to correct. No one
here has any idea, and an web search failed to find anything useful.
Anyone remember how to do this?
thanks,
kas
