31P-1H: Thanks for info

Thanks to the many people who offered helpful suggestions for performing
1H-31P long range correlation experiemnts.

The most important advice was to set the z-gradient ratio to 46.77:60:30,
which produced a lovely hmbc spectrum using a delay of 70 ms.
