Bruker Canada Ltd. is expanding our NMR Service Department and has immediate
openings in our Milton, Ontario office for:
ELECTRONIC ENGINEERS
BSc. or MSc. Electrical Engineering
PHYSICISTS
BSc. or MSc. Physics
The principal duties involved will consist of installation and service of
our NMR
spectrometers and training our customers from the perspective of a service
background. It is expected that these duties will be undertaken in close
collaboration with our Application Chemists to ensure that the overall
service needs and customer requirements are met for the successful operation
of their spectrometer systems.
Applicants are required to have knowledge in some of the following fields:
* RF and Digital Electronics
* Physical Chemistry
* Cryogenics
* UNIX or WINDOWS operating systems
* Networking
* Experimental NMR
Applicants' personal profiles will contain most of the following:
* You have recently acquired a University Degree.
* You are self-sufficient and independent in your approach to your work.
* You are fundamentally interested in technical and scientific matters.
* You are willing to take care of complex electronic systems across Canada.
* You have a complete mastery of the English language with a good working
knowledge of French a distinct asset
* You have good communication skills and are able to interact comfortably
with
our customers, many of who are leading scientists in their fields.
