Does anybody on this list know where and how I can find
William Jumper (Company ISC)? He installed one of our magnets
five years ago and we might require his services again.
Unfortunately the old email address and phone number don't work.
Please send me a note, if you can help me contact him.
I would also appreciate, if you could share with me information about
other people, who service cryomagnets. (The obvious choices Bruker and MRR
have been contacted already.)
Here's our problem:
Two nights ago one of our magnets decided to quit.
There were no indications that it might happen. The boiloff rate had
not changed and it is approx. 4 weeks until the next Helium refill.
