Last October 15th, I posted an inquiry regarding a software transfer fee. I just wanted to follow up by saying thank you to everyone that responded to me directly. Your comments were very much appreciated and helpful. I have resolved the situation with Bruker, they were very open to working through our issue and I am now completely satisfied.
