Just want to share my findings:
I just talked to my supplier and was informed that I will only be able
to get 70% of what I normally get per month (60 liter dewar instead of
100liter one) starting this month and they don't take new customer
anymore until things get better. I will have trouble to keep the magnet
cool in mid to late December. Let's hope not this way though.

haven't experienced a problem until now. I just called my liquid helium
supplier, and my normal two day time for receiving helium is now eight
days. Just wanted to let others know you may want to call your gas
supplier quite a bit ahead of time to get your helium. Cheers,
