Hi all:

We are seeing an increase in the numbers of sample being shipped to us.
In the past, I have left the details of shipping samples properly to
our lab up the sender; worked ok because we saw so few such samples.
But I am now thinking (after being asked multiple times this fall) that
we should have some guidelines that researchers could follow in this
regard.

As usual with such issues, I think of AMMRL. Almost certainly, some of
you have already confronted this issue. If you have something written
and available via internet, and can provide a URL, great. If you'd like
to simply provide some suggestions, I would glad to hear those as well.

I will gladly post a summary, and will remove identifiers from, or not
include in the summary, those that request such.

Cheers,
Charlie
