SCSI3(68M) to SCSI2(50M) cable

Hi all:

I bought a YAMAHA CDRW which has SCSI2(50F) on the back.
My SUN ultra-10 has SCSI3(68F) on the PCI/SCSI controller.
I want to get a SCSI3(68M) to SCSI2(50M) cable for connecting
the CDRW to my SUN computer. Can you tell me where can I
find such cable and it will work in my case?
Also, do I need a SCSI2 terminator on the YAMAHA CDRW?
