diffusion of J-coupled spins

Dear AMMRLers,

We are attempting to measure diffusions using a gradient spectroscopy probe
limited to 70 G/cm. However, the resonances we are using exhibit
J-coupling and give an unusual amplitude modulation at certain gradient
pulse widths and delays. Is there any effect on the amplitude in diffusion
experiments due to J-coupling? If so, are there any references?
