The others have already listed several good things to note, so I'll add a
couple of suggestions.
If you absolutely need chilled water, it's probably a good idea to get some
Haskris or Neslab portable water chillers that can handle the thermal output
of your equipment, since chilled water lines will probably be shut off on
a regular basis.
For HVAC, the portable air conditioners can help, but again, you'll need
multiple units for that.
You'll have to specifically point out what plumbing must remain untouched,
especially for your air compressor and the piping. It's not entirely unusual
for the wrong pipes to somehow get shut off, etc., if specific instructions
aren't given.
If your institution insists on moving your facility, then remind them that
the sheer cost of liquid helium (de-energizing the magnets, warming them up,
transporting them, and cooling them down again) will be prohibitive.
