Does anyone have any experience with using some of the smaller liquid nitrogen generators on the market? I'm looking at models that will produce 10-15L/day. The cost of nitrogen is getting prohibitive, but we have more use than just recycling the boil off of our magnet.
I am particularly looking at the ELAN2 generators and a product from Kelvin Inc. Can you give me any advice? How do they work for you? Can I believe the sales people that there really isn't that much maintenance? Where do you get pressure generating storage dewars?
Any advice would be welcome. We actually have some funds to purchase this, but I'm a little out of my element.
