Hi all
We recently upgraded our host computer for our mercury plus 400
spectrometer from vnmrj1.1D to vnmrj2.2D on a Dell Precision T3500 with
RHEL 5.3. Everything works great except for autosave of 1H NMR data.
Under File>Save Data Setup, I had configured to save FID data as:
/home/walkup/vnmrsys/data/$operator_$/%DATE%/$samplename$_$pslabel$_
However, all proton data is saved in the
/home/walkup/vnmrsys/data/walkup/date/ folder while everything else
(13C, 2D etc) is saved under the operator's folder as configured under
the save data setup. I find it weird that when a user logs in to his
account and submit experiments only the 1H FIDs end up in the walkup
operator's folder while every other experiments is saved in the
operator's folder. We have two systems running vnmrj 2.2D but only one
has this problem. The other system has the 1H FIDs saved in the actual
operator's directory, and both systems were set up identically. Has
anyone encountered this problem or know how to go about fixing this?
Thank you
Paul
