I would be very interested to hear what the experiences are
of users that have moved to the 20x series of VNMR 6.1C patches.
We have seen two particular issues here which we would be curious
to know if others see as well. For all of the 20x patches up to
the current 204 patch we have seen an error of the form...
Rcvr1: number of points acquired is 49152 greater than np
...occur in the middle of some experiments. The problem seems
to be more common when dsp='n' rather than when dsp='r'. The
second issue seemed to have arose when we upgraded from the 203
to the 204 patches. Under 204, we have now seen cases where the
acqstat window will report that the console has gone inactive
even though the acqproc daemon continues to run. We are forced
to reboot the console to fix this. The problem doesn't seem to
generate any previously known error messages (like the automation
card not being booted or such).
Thanks in advance for any information on your own experiences
with the 20x patches (204 in particular).
