I am looking into the possible ways to do deuterium decoupling on a
protein sample. We have a 3-channel INOVA, with a fixed frequency on the
second channel.
I was told that without a 4th channel one can still do deuterium
decoupling while mainteining the lock, with some modifications. Has
anyone done this yet? Could some of you point me to the right direction?
Thanks in advance. I will summerize if I get more than 1 response.
