"Corrosion" of delrin/acetal spinners?

Hi all,

I'm having the strangest thing happen where all of my spinners suddenly started being 'eaten' away or corroded. I only just observed this after coming back from a week long vacation.

If anyone has seen anything like this before, let me know. I'd be curious to see what caused it in your case. I'll be pulling our probe and examining the inside of the magnet in the next few days.

Thanks & Regards,
