We have an impressive film of quenching a 4.7 T horizontal magnet.
In our case there was an "emergency switch" to force a quench (a heater on
the superconducting coil).

Breaking the vacuum for controld quench seems to bee the best way.
Or: stopp filling *all* cryogenics, even LN2. If the LN2 tank is empty the
helium boil off slightly increases.
