Dear Ammrlers,

Three of our Bruker instruments did not come with the cooling clamp ring at the top of magnet that can protect the shim and magnet while running low or high temperature experiment. Since our instruments are heavily used for VT experiments (many of them are below -50c), I am considering exchange the current clamp rings with the cooling clamp rings, there is a kit that comes with tubing and a needle valve. Since it is pricy to exchange on all systems, I would like to know if anyone has done this before. Is it worth doing this and is there anything that I need to pay special attention during installation? Any inputs will be appreciated, thank you.
