I'm trying to get some homonuclear 2D experiments (COSY, NOESY, ROESY,
TOCSY) with decent water suppression (preferably Watergate) working on a
2-channel Varian Inova-500. I've managed to get quite good results on
the 1D spectrum but can't find any suitable 2D sequences. I've tried
looking at the current biopack offering but all the pulse sequences in
there seem to assume at least a 3-channel instrument and require a
bewildering number of probe calibrations, most of which seem irrelevant
for the experiments I'm interested in.
I guess I could try writing the water suppression from the 1D sequence
onto some standard 2D sequences but I'm a bit pushed for time and I
can't believe I'm the first person to want to do this.
Does anyone have any working sequences they would be willing to share?
Many thanks,
