Dear all,
We had installed a cold triple resonance probe last fall but have
collected very little data so far on it. The Helium compressor stopped
running shortly after the installation and we had to replace it, then
the problem with probe's 13C channel failure and it had to be sent back
for repair, 2 days after we had the probe installed it failed again with
13C channel. We were told that our repeated problem with the 13C
channel of the probe is unique. For those of you who have cold probe
systems, do you mind sharing your experience? If our problem is unique
then we must find out what the cause might be before the probe comes
back from the repair.
