Unfortunately, the computer hosting the ftp site for our SpinWorks
software (pauli.chem.umanitoba.ca) has died. I will be moving
the package to a new site shortly, but until then I believe that there
is a mirror site:. www.orgchm.bas.bg/pub/mirror/pauli.chem.umanitoba.ca/
which does have the most recent "official" release, but the README file is
out of date.
I will post the new site url as soon as I get it set up.
