Hi, all,
I need your kind help.
I'm here focusing on protein NMR, using Felix98.0 to process and
analysis data. Since we are a small group with no dedicated technician,
I often find the accompanying Felix98.0 document insufficient and become
agony about the underlying details.
Now I met a problem when using the assign module: in adding experiments,
there are options to choose about the fold of each dimension, total six,
i.e. No, States:+/-, States:-/+,TPPI, States N, TPPI N. The Felix98.0
User Guide didn't describe how to choose from these items, and I didn't
find any clues one the MSI site. It seems the Felix document never
appears in complete.
And it doesn't have a maillist :(
Any help or suggestion are greatly appreciated.
