Hi, Anna
The problem is my magnet is Oxford. Bruker may not work on the moving.
Thanks,
Tianzhi

In 2018 we moved 5 magnets at UCSD (500 to 900 Bruker, Varian and Magnex) using
Bruker. They subcontracted to San Diego Machinery Movers for the rigging and Doug
Lyons from Bruker energized and cryoshimmed them all back up without any issue.
Doug is the best.

Another endorsement for ARK Machinery Movers. Bruker had contracted these
guys to install and move the magnets, and under the supervision of one of
their magnet engineers (Doug Lyons), and they did a fantastic job. They're
professional folks, courteous, and more than willing to answer the multitude
of questions I had for them.
We moved our Bruker Ultrashield (Magnex built) 500 magnet, and we also had
a Bruker Ascend 600 and 850 installed as part of this package.

All of the following info is from 2011, so I don't know if it is still
relevant or not:
John Davidson is a former Oxford engineer and is an excellent resource. He
installed our Oxford 800 in the early 2000s and successfully de-energized it
and moved it to Florida in 2011.

ARK Machinery Movers is the company Bruker used to deliver a 700, 850 and 900
to our lab and move a 700 and we were very happy with them. They have the
equipment, personnel and expertise to safely move this large equipment. Our
contact was Rich Kilduff , 443-386-6017, ark2103_at_aol.com
