I asked our EPR expert. Here's his response.

Hi Dan,

They don't give conditions, but that is a large signal with component g values
of roughly 9 (700 G) and 2 (3500 G). Because they see it in all of their samples,
I would start trying to track it down by running a spectrum of the empty cavity
or probe. They might just need to clean the cavity.

If they are doing experiments at cryogenic temps, they need to worry about
condensed O2 from the air. It will give broad signals at low field, and has
several components that can be observed from 500 - 10000 G.
