That's interesting. Sometimes when the lock parameters
are mis-set they can cause instabilities in the lock if the feedback loop for
the lock isn't set up well, it can fail to lock stably. You might look at the
lock parameters for whatever solvent you're using and compare to the defaults.
It would be interesting to see if the lock issues come back, and over what timeframe
they reoccur.
I'm not sure about the RCU error since you already changed
the RCU board, it seems like that's likely not the cause. I would still look at
the reference or CCU boards.
And regarding the topshim fieldmap error, if you use the
argument DURMAX 60 or DURMAX 120 with the topshim call it will signal average for
longer and will likely get rid of that error.
