Schematics for Explorer 2090-IIIA Digitizing Oscillosope ?

Greetings-

We have a working General Electric NMR Instruments Model GN-300, but the
fast digitizer (Nicolet Instruments Model 2090-IIIA storage digital
oscilloscope) is having problems.

I'm looking for a schematic book that I can beg, borrow, or even buy.
