HMBC 4 Bond coupling

Dear All,

We have been trying some gradient HMBC experiments for our structural
elucidation work. The most commonly seen couplings are the three and two
bond couplings. Often times this information is not available with the
molecules we are coming across with. In such situations the thought of
obtaining four bond couplings arises in mind. I would greatly appreciate
, if somebody can suggest me some experimental variations that can help us
to come out with four bond couplings. Hopefully this is the situation
with many of us involved with structure elucidation work.

Thank you very in anticipation.

Regards,

K. Muralidharan
