Has anyone used Varian Inova spectrometers to perform Saturation Transfer
experiments (satxfer1D) and if so have you any tips or tricks that you would
like to share. We have tried the experiment "as is" from BioPack on enzyme
and sugar systems that we know bind but observed no (or at best very
little,) saturation transfer signal.
