Dear Dr. Babb,
        I have done something similar on a MSL machine few years back.
You can set up the frequency to 19F and then detune the 1H probe.

        You may have to do couple of experiments. One to get a baseline
spectrum with identical parameters without the sample and then do a
subtraction. This shoud enable you to get some decent spectra.
