high resolution 1-H NMR imaging in North East USA

Dear All

I am trying to locate NMR systems in the N.E. of the USA that are
capable of high resolution MR imaging-
something like

4.7-7T
<12cm bore
strong gradient sets

typical exp.
T2 weighted spin-echo
3-8cm FOV
0.2-0.6mm slice thickness, contiguous
100+ images

any leads would be great,
