Hello Jessica,
You may wish to nudge up the supply gas pressure in the console to help the manual eject.
We had to do that with one of our magnets equipped with a Samplecase
that failed to eject when operating in manual mode. I had tried to
increase the gas flow in the BSMS panel as had been suggested, but that didn't work.
But the pressure regulator inside the console was reading 5 bar. I nudged
it ever so slightly to just above 5 bar (maybe 5.2 bar, see photo at the following
link:

and the sample ejected fine.
