After refilling the nitrogen dewar of our Prodigy unit (Bruker Avance Neo 500)
I am getting the following message:
2023/07/19 10:04:30 Error: E4018 Invalid LN2 Dewar Pressure measured.
Cooldown Aborted. DEWAR_PRESSURE4 -15.057mbar is not between -15.0mbar
and 400.0mbar.
2023/07/19 10:04:34 Info: Emergency Warmup - Please Wait!
2023/07/19 10:04:36 Info: Emergency Warmup - Connect Active Warmup
2023/07/19 10:04:40 Info: Emergency Warmup - Connect Active Warmup
And the Prodigy goes into warm up mode and refuses to cool down. I have
checked all the hoses for leaks. Any ideas on how to fix this will be
greatly appreciated.
