We have a Bruker AV=
III HD system that usually has a Prodigy probe and a SampleXpress. Ever sin=
ce we removed the Prodigy probe to send it out for repair (one of the ATM t=
uning rods went bad) and installed a room temperature probe in its place, t=
he ‘Cryoprobe Emergency Eject’ is activating randomly and s=
hutting down the SampleXpress. The Prodigy controller is turned off (the et=
hernet cable to it is unplugged as well). Happens every few days, and reset=
ting the SampleXpress fixes the problem temporarily. Any ideas for how to t=
roubleshoot the problem or even to understand what is going wrong?
