Good day!
We have a Bruker AVIII HD system that usually has a Prodigy probe and a
SampleXpress. Ever since we removed the Prodigy probe to send it out for
repair (one of the ATM tuning rods went bad) and installed a room temperature
probe in its place, the "Cryoprobe Emergency Eject" is activating randomly
and shutting down the SampleXpress. The Prodigy controller is turned off
(the ethernet cable to it is unplugged as well). Happens every few days, and
resetting the SampleXpress fixes the problem temporarily. Any ideas for how
to troubleshoot the problem or even to understand what is going wrong?
