I had also too much troubles with my old AVANCE DRX 600 - the BSMS got
me crazy - overheating error.
The problem was easily solved - there was the fan try under the BSMS
unit and there was a filter in between. And this filter was closed with
dust. I cleaned this one and it was fixed. This dust filter was under
the BSMS unit and you have to put off the power chord to get access to
this plate.
At the NEO the fans are on the top of the rack.
Please look into the webinterface of the BSMS unit. There is something
about this special board.
There are some limits set for the ampere values also for the watts
running through the shim system.
This will heat up the whole device - so the current is limited there.
Please remove the shim system and controle all the connections and blow
the dust out of the whole system.
I think you have trouble in the shim system and this ramps the current
up there.
