Hello,
The BST (Bruker Sample Transport) unit seems to be the part below the
cassette with the tubes of a Sample XPress.
When I write this email, of course something is not working. :-)
The BST seems to be missing a voltage of 5 volts. This is indicated in the
service menu of the Sample Xpress under the menu item "Misc".The power supply
of the SampleXpress seems to be ok. There are four green LEDs showing 2 * 24V
and 2 * 5Volt. In identical devices this looks identical.
From the power supply one cable leads to the BST unit and another one out again
to the pneumatic unit of the SampleXpress.
I suspect that there is just some little thing wrong. Unfortunately, there
is no standard circuit diagram in which one could find clues to measure.
