AMMRL: 2H decoupling on ch4 Agilent DD2 console

Hello All,

A user needs to run 2H decoupling for his partially deuterated sample on Agilent DD2 console. We tried our own sequences and sequences from Biopack, neither works with 2H decoupling. When pushing, ch4 is blinking on remote status display, but no difference for spectra with dm3=‘nyn’ and dm3=‘nnn’. We also tried observing 13C signal by changing H2 power on standard 1H line shape sample, no sign of 2H decoupling, all spectra are essentially the same. Anyone has experience running 2H decoupling on ch4 with DD2 console? Can I have your contact and ask some questions?
