Hi folks. I'm trying to decouple 19F from 13C using a TXI probe with the
1H channel tuned to 19F. I'm able to observe fluorine easily this way. The
coupled 13C spectrum is easily seen in about 100 scans but when the 19F
decoupler is used nothing at all shows up. The filters that I'm using are
2H band stop on the 13C channel and 13C band stop in the 19F channel. Has
anyone tried this type of thing before and if so what luck did you have?
