AMMRL: Chill water filter for cryoprobe compressor

Hello:

We use a 5 micron filter for our chill water to cool the CryoProbe compressor. Since only a basket is installed in the chill water main supply line to remove large particles, most of the fine particles are collected at our filter.

Would you please tell me whether you use a filter or not for your chill water? If you also use a chill water filter for your cryoprobe compressor, what is the size of your filter?
