AMMRL: LC-NMR on the cheap

Dear Spinlanders,

I am interested in doing LC-NMR on a limited budget, so I do not have a
flow probe. I got a flowcell from Wilmad designed after that used for
stopped flow measurements [Appl. Spectr. 1997, 41(5), 847-851]. I was
wondering if anyone out there has had experience with this type of setup
on a Bruker system. We have an Avance 400 running Topspin 1.3. What I
was hoping to do was to run time slice experiments rather than on-flow
measurements, but if on-flow could be accomplished with some measure of
sensitivity, that would be great as well. What I had in mind was
collecting a set of arrayed experiments in automation if possible. If
anyone has experience with this, I would greatly appreciate any advice
on this topic.

Best,
Rick
