Dear AMMRL friends,
I'm having some problem trying to use the pulse sequence qcpmg.av on TOPSPIN 1.2. This is the Bruker pulse sequence that came with the software package. When I try to run it, it gives me the following error message:
Error: unknown exception (internal error?)
Not very useful to figure out what is wrong. I tried varying the parameters, no luck.
I then tried to run a newer version of the pulse sequence. This latest version was given to me by a NMR colleague and I knew i worked for his instrument. But since it was written for TS 2.0, it couldn't compiled on my instrument (TS 1.2).
So here are my questions:
1. Did anyone else encounter the same problem with qcpmg.av for TS 1.2.? If so, how did you solve the problem?
2. Is there a way to compile a TS2.0 pulse program on TS1.2?
