AMMRL: FLow Meters for monitoring N2 and He boil-off

Dear NMR Experts,

I'm trying to source plain and basic flow meters for monitoring the helium and N2 boil-off of my two spectrometers; specs are approx. 11 mL/h for He and < 200 mL/h for N2 for my 400, and approx. 28 mL/h for He and < 400 mL/h for N2 for my 600.

I've contacted a plethora of flow meter manufacturers, but not a single one seems to sell anything that is suitable for flow rates this low.

I am sure that quite a few of you out there have suitable flow meters installed; it would be great if you could provide the details (manufacturer, model no., scale etc.).

Thanks a lot and cheers
Markus
