Hydrogen bound

    Dear Colleagues,

    First of all, Happy 2004 for everybody!

    I would like to receive references about the hydrogen bound and consequences in line broad of 17O NMR spectrum and for  hydrogen spectrum too, because I have a enriched sample with 17O, but I could not get the signal. I changed many acquisiton parameters without success and dependending the concentration of sample, the chemical shift of 1H spectrum change significally (almost 1ppm).

    I will appreciate any comments, suggestions and references that help me to undertand what is happening with my sample.
