NMR flow systems

HI AMMRLers,

I wish you all a happy and well resonating 2003 with enough of liquid He
and no quenches.
For those of you who have experience with NMR flow probes and the necessary
hardware to operate flow type NMR systems, I have a couple of questions:

    * Do such systems work smoothly now they have been around for a
number of years?
    * How do parameters such as lineshape, solvent suppression and
sensitivity compare to other high throughput methods based on regular NMR
probes combined with a sample changer?
    * Is temperature stability an issue? I am thinking of aqueous
solutions.
    * Is 400 MHz a sufficiently high field for flow NMR?

Your comments are highly appreciated.
