Well!

Filling Liquid Helium alone is always difficult and dangerous. However, we
have installed an exhaust system just in front of the helium boil off/ gas
outlet. We start the exhaust fan motor while filling, pushing the whole
boil off out of the room. We do not recover helium gas from this boil off.
I feel this kind of system would ensure good oxygenated atmosphere in the
lab.

        Good Luck.
