First, thanks to all who replied to my post.

The parameter RO was set to 20 for 1D NMR experiments and to 0 for
2D NMR experiments. It looks like rotation of the samples was working
for 2D NMR experiments and NOT for 1 D NMR experiments because the
parameter RO was set to 0 for 2D NMR experiments and it does not need
to spin. In fact, rotation was not working at all. In the automation
program au_zg, it it not explicitly indicated to spin on or off the
samples but it was working like that.

In fact, we remarked that a plastic tubing providing the air for rotation
was broken. That is why rotation was not working anymore. It has now been fixed.

Thanks again to all who replied to me for their help.
